CSV Splitter

Split a CSV file or pasted CSV text into multiple chunks — by row count (every N rows, keeping the header on each part) or by the unique values in a chosen column (one file per distinct value). Handles quoted fields, embedded commas, and newlines. Each chunk is downloadable as its own .csv. Everything runs locally in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
