Rules: Empty tasks, tasks with no Responsible assignment, tasks with no Accountable assignment, and tasks with multiple Accountable assignments are flagged independently. Multiple Responsible assignments are allowed. Person overload warnings compare R and A counts separately with the entered inclusive thresholds. These are workflow heuristics, not a substitute for team agreement. Imports are bounded and replace the current in-memory matrix; nothing is persisted or sent over the network.
