Generate reading planReset

Scheduling model: Dates are local calendar dates stepped at local noon, so daylight-saving changes do not add or remove a day. Each available date can hold at most floor(speed × maximum minutes ÷ 60) whole units. The planner chooses the greatest useful number of dates while keeping sessions near the preferred minimum; a final session may be shorter so the allocation remains an exact integer. “Redistribute” and “keep deadline” stay within the deadline and report any capacity shortfall; “extend” adds eligible dates beyond it, up to five years. Skipped dates are never scheduled. Reading speed is an estimate, and exports use all-day calendar events rather than claiming exact clock times.
