Structure production shots, estimate a setup-aware schedule, track completion, and export a validated list.

Schedule convention: take time always counts. Setup time counts once per consecutive run with the same non-empty setup ID in manual order; an empty setup ID is charged for every shot. Filters, display sorting, and grouping never silently change manual shooting order.
