Automatic allocation is a deterministic greedy heuristic, not an optimal schedule or a promise that work will be completed. Input format

People and work

CSV people columns: id,name,roles,skills,focus,maxParallel,leave,availability. CSV work columns: id,name,role,assignee,effort,start,end,priority. Lists use semicolons; availability uses YYYY-MM-DD:hours pairs. The planning horizon must contain every work item's complete window so deadline results are meaningful.
