Annual = hourly × hours/week × weeks/year; monthly = annual / 12; weekly = annual / weeks/year; biweekly = 2 × weekly; semimonthly = annual / 24; daily = annual / (weeks/year × 5) assuming a five-day week. Overtime weekly gross = rate × regular hours + rate × multiplier × overtime hours; annualized = weekly × weeks/year. All amounts are pre-tax gross — taxes and deductions vary by jurisdiction.
