Work/Break Planner

Fit focused work, recovery breaks, setup, and wrap-up into an available window, with an optional local countdown.

Model: Setup and wrap-up reserve time first. Focus sessions are followed by short breaks, except every Nth completed focus uses the long break when another focus can follow. No unnecessary break is added at the end. “Shorten” fills remaining work time with a partial focus; “stop” leaves it unused; “overrun” starts a full final focus when time remains and may put wrap-up beyond the requested finish. Desired break ratio is reported as a comparison target rather than silently changing entered break lengths. The countdown runs only in this page, uses a monotonic clock, and does not persist. Browser throttling can delay display or notification delivery.
